This foundation is a prayer of gratitude to the indigenous people of the Amazon.
The Yawanawa have given me more than I could ever name, and my only wish is to walk in service to them as they carry their ancestral wisdom into the world. For me, their music is medicine, their stories rivers of remembrance. They are guardians of the floresta, and in their care, the breath of our planet endures.
My bond with the Yawanawa has been a lantern in my darkest hours.
My bond with the Yawanawa has been a lantern in my darkest hours. After years of wandering lost, carrying the weight of war and the shadows of trauma, their presence called me home, and I discovered I had never truly left. Through their guidance, the wounds I carried began to soften. They helped me walk through the dense thickets of my hurt, my karma, and the hatred I once carried in my chest. They helped me find the courage to forgive, the strength to surrender, and the grace to release. In their teachings I came to see the love of everyone around me with new eyes, a love that was always there yet often hidden beneath the heaviness I held.

In ceremony, with the sacred vine of ayahuasca, their music and chanting have been vessels of transformation. The songs rise and fall like waves of light, carrying the spirit through realms unseen. Within this alchemy of plant and prayer, I felt the bitterness of old wounds dissolve, and the knots of anger and grief unravel into love. The medicine, paired with their music, became a river of healing. They showed me that within the ache lived endless wells of love, that joy could rise again, that life could be song, dance, an overflowing abundance of spirit.
What once felt broken revealed itself as whole. What I thought was lost had never truly gone. Through their presence, I found endless wells of love, and life returned to me with abundance. The Yawanawa have given me the gift of remembrance, of seeing again the beauty of life and the truth of who I am. This foundation is my way of saying thank you, a vow to honor their wisdom, and a promise to walk in service to them as their light continues to flow into the world.
